Many reasons to rent

Depending on specific situations, renting maybe a better short-term solution for many people. There are many good reasons to rent, some of which are:

  • Short-time stay. Such as 1-4 years in college, graduate school, temporary jobsite, etc
  • Starting to build (or re-build) a solid financial basis. This might include new college graduates, new divorcees, ect.
  • Worry-free living as compared with hands-on of many homeowners. Many people don’t want to be burdened with everyday tasks to upkeep a property. Renting is a perfect solution for this.
  • It also makes sense to rent if the rent is lower than the cost of owning. The recent dramatic price increase in California, Florida, Las Vegas, and Phoenix has made these areas less affordable for working families.

If renting is your piece of cake, we’ve got a good serving for you at www.sunskitehomes.com. Each and every of our homes is in great condition, as they are all newly remodeled with great care and consideration. All our rental homes come with good flooring (often new), new painting, great kitchen and batch room. In addition, we make sure that all utilities are in working order in all of our homes. Our homes often have new energy-efficient windows, which saves a great deal in cooling bill in summer and heating bill during those cold winder days.

Landlord/tenant responsibilities. We provide prompt service should any of the major utilities breaks, such as a clogged drain, water break/leak, electricity, gas lines, etc. In return, we expect our tenants to treat their home nicely to avoid excessive tear and wear. Should there be problems deemed to be beyond normal usage, we’ll use the security deposit to cover any cost related to fixing the problem.

Pet. On a house-by-house basis, we may allow non-aggressive pets. Pets need to be certified by a vet to be disease-free and house-trained. A monthly pet fee and additional pet deposit is applied for households with pets.

Employer Discount. At www.sunskitehomes.com, we work with local employers to provide wonderful housing for their workers. Please ask us if your employer is on our list of preferred companies.
